I have competed recreationally and semi-professionally since high school. I have played sports internationally across multiple formats winning in all of them: Snowboarding, Surfing, Flag Football, Crossfit and Volleyball. I have been in the gym since I was 12 years old with my father and continue the tradition with my 3 kids in my late 30's. I say all this to say, never have I ever let anyone control my workouts, diet/nutrition and/or supplement stack until I met Coach Nino and Coach JT. Full transparency I was strongly skeptical at first what they could teach me as I thought 20 years of experience would be tough to match but time and time again they not only enlightened me but patiently waited on me until I bought in. And when I did what a difference it made. It doesn't matter what sport, injury, age or gender you owe it to yourself to test them and see just how good they are. They have their own app platform with guided workouts and meal tracking that are not generic templates they just assign you but tailored to what your goal is. I had a 4 month program built for me and it was incredible. Living in FL and them in NY, I did not know how it would work but they once again proved me wrong and once I bought in I saw the results. Do yourself and give them a call and see how far you can grow with them, I'm so glad I did.
